SmartlyServe offers a free trial. Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable. Cancel anytime to avoid future billing.

Refund Eligibility

• Platform errors or system failures caused by SmartlyServe.
• Duplicate billing charges.

Submit refund requests to billing@smartlyserve.com within 14 days.

Hardware Returns (if applicable)

• Return within 15 days in original packaging.
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective.
